These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of the Golden Studio Production website (https://goldenstpro.com) and the photography and videography services we provide. By accessing this website or booking our services, you agree to these Terms.

1. Website Use

You may use this website for lawful, personal, and informational purposes only. You agree not to misuse the site, attempt to gain unauthorized access, copy its content for commercial use, or interfere with its normal operation.

2. Intellectual Property

All content on this website — including photographs, films, text, graphics, logos, and design — is the property of Golden Studio Production or its licensors and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use any content without our prior written permission.

3. Bookings & Reservations

  • A date is only reserved once a signed agreement and any required retainer/deposit have been received.
  • Specific deliverables, coverage hours, and timelines are defined in your individual booking contract, which takes precedence over this website.
  • We reserve the right to decline or cancel a booking in rare circumstances, in which case any payments made will be refunded per the booking agreement.

4. Payments

  • A non-refundable retainer is typically required to secure your date; the remaining balance is due as specified in your contract.
  • Final galleries and films are delivered after the full balance has been paid.
  • Pricing is provided through custom quotes. Prices on any quote are valid for the period stated in that quote.

5. Cancellations & Rescheduling

  • Retainers/deposits are non-refundable as they reserve your date and decline other bookings.
  • Rescheduling is subject to availability. We will make reasonable efforts to accommodate new dates where possible.
  • In the event of illness, emergency, or other circumstances beyond our control, we will, at our discretion, arrange a qualified replacement professional or offer a refund of fees for services not rendered, as outlined in your contract.

6. Media & Usage Rights

  • Golden Studio Production retains copyright of all images and films produced.
  • Clients receive a personal-use license to print, share, and enjoy their images and films for non-commercial purposes.
  • Unless you opt out in writing, we may use selected images and films for our portfolio, website, social media, and marketing.
  • Commercial use of any media by the client or third parties requires our prior written consent.

7. Limitation of Liability

While we take every professional precaution — including backup equipment and duplicate storage — Golden Studio Production is not liable for circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including equipment failure, venue restrictions, weather, or acts of God. Our total liability is limited to the amount paid for the services in question, as further detailed in your booking contract.

8. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The “last updated” date above reflects the most recent revision. Continued use of the website constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
